03Can I customise a package?
Yes — the office builds customised itineraries. Tell us what to change: cities, days, hotels or pace.
04What is your cancellation policy?
It varies by package, so ask the office for the terms that apply to your trip before you pay.

06Do you arrange cabs and transfers?
Yes — ask with your dates: a cab can be arranged on its own or added to a package.
07Is the price on a package final?
Package prices are starting prices per person, tax included. The office confirms the final figure for your dates, group size and hotel choices before anything is booked.
08Do you help with visas?
For international packages the office supports the paperwork — the Europe itinerary includes Schengen visa support.
